Orders without a refill period are not eligible for refills, even in cases of a complete drop. To avoid this, please choose services with a refill guarantee.

Any malicious or abusive activity may result in the suspension of your account. Before suspension, users will have time to use their remaining balance. Creating a new account after suspension will lead to account termination, even if there is an unused balance.

You must not upload any inappropriate, illegal, or prohibited content to the SmartSocialGrowth platform, including but not limited to nudity or any material that violates the community guidelines of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

⚠️ Important: Private accounts are not eligible for refunds! Please ensure your account is set to public before placing an order.

• No refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed. Your balance must be used for orders on SmartSocialGrowth.
• By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.
• If a dispute or chargeback is initiated after a deposit, we reserve the right to:Cancel all future orders.
  Permanently ban you from our platform.
  Revoke any followers, likes, or other services previously delivered to your or your client's Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts.
  
• Orders placed on SmartSocialGrowth cannot be refunded or canceled once submitted. If an order is non-deliverable, a refund will be credited to your SmartSocialGrowth account balance for future use.
• Misplaced orders or orders for private accounts are not eligible for a refund. Please verify all details before placing an order.
• Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in immediate account termination without exception.
• Do not place orders for the same page from multiple providers simultaneously. This can interfere with order tracking, and in such cases, we cannot guarantee the correct delivery of followers/likes. Refunds will not be issued for these orders.
